Do you deliver on the same day?
Yes. Orders placed before the cut-off time of your chosen time window are delivered the same day. Only available days and times are shown at checkout, and for an extra fee you can choose an exact time.
Which areas of Elazığ do you deliver to?
We deliver to Merkez and the Ataşehir, Sürsürü, Çaydaçıra, Hilalkent, Güneykent, Çatalçeşme, Doğukent, Abdullahpaşa, Olgunlar and Üniversite neighbourhoods. Delivery to Güneykent and Çatalçeşme costs 150 TL and is free everywhere else; on orders over 1,500 TL delivery is free to all areas.
Will the flowers look like the photo?
Once the bouquet is ready, we upload a photo to your order page, and it does not leave until you approve it. Depending on the season a flower may be replaced with a similar one, but color and size stay the same.
Can I add a card message?
Yes, for free. Write it in the “Card message” field at checkout and we will handwrite it on the card.
Can I track the courier?
Yes. When the courier sets off, you get a link to follow them live on a map with an estimated arrival time. Location data is deleted after delivery.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
On Sundays we deliver in the midday and afternoon windows. Morning and evening windows are closed on Sundays.
How can I pay?
By credit/debit card (secure PayTR payment with 3D Secure) or by ordering via WhatsApp. Your card details never reach us; they are processed on the PayTR page. Since flowers are usually sent as gifts, we do not take payment on delivery.
How do I track my order?
Enter your order number and phone number under “Order tracking” in the top menu. If you sign up, all your orders are listed in “My account”.
