Right of withdrawal: Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods such as fresh flowers and plants. If a defective or wrong item is delivered, the buyer may request a replacement from the seller.
Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Elazığ Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
